Design & Build for your dream home
Redesigning your home is easy with Grace & Favour by your side, we can equip you with everything you need to get you from your initial ideas, straight through to completion. Our home design service has everything you need to get your project across the finish line.
We offer the full journey. From concept, through design, to completion of the build, we offer three packages, depending on your needs.
1. Starter Package
You know how you’d like your space to look but you can’t bring your ideas together or get started.
The starter package is for the homeowner with a number of great ideas of how they see their space and would like to work with one company who can visualise their dream and make it deliverable.
2. Design Package
You have a mood board and you have space planned, but you need a little more.
The design package is for the homeowner who has been through the starter package journey and would now like to see their mood board delivered as an accurate real-life 3D model.
3. Build Package
You have fully immersed yourself in how you want your space to look, and are now ready to begin the build with Grace & Favour.
The build package is for the homeowner who now has a clear direction of how their space is going to look and is ready to commence the build.
Grace & Favour covers Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire and will be expanding into additional counties as we continue to grow our team and expand the services available to our customers, past present and future.
