Design & Build for your home.

Grace & Favour offer two main services under the Design & Build umbrella:

1. End-to-end DESIGN AND BUILD

Design-and-build has many advantages in ensuring a successful completed project when working together as a team. Design-and-build is a trusted construction delivery method that provides a single point of contact for your project.

Read more about Design and Build here.

2. TRADESPEOPLE TO MATCH YOUR NEEDS

If you require a carpenter, plumber, electrician, plasterer or any other trade we can supply these to suit your requirements. These services will be priced specifically to the work required and we can usually quote you within 24 hours. Please contact us here with a brief outline of what you need.

The Grace & Favour Design and Build team take your design, work with you to work out how best to realise and deliver your project, establish your budget, look at the time required and crucially build up a clear detailed quotation and program for you.

Once approved we then manage and deliver all elements of your project from subcontractors, equipment suppliers, material suppliers, and ultimately take full responsibility for the delivery of your project.

Some frequently asked questions:

Yes we can. We have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to what is achievable and the order in which works should be carried out.

We also partner with a number of material suppliers to get you the latest materials at the best price and availability. We also partner with a local design agency if 3D visuals are required. We would suggest getting all your images together for the look you want to achieve and we can come and see you to discuss what’s possible.

Yes we are indeed, please see these links – Checkatrade and Google – for all our reviews. We are also a John Lewis approved contractor and all the team are DBS registered.

Grace & Favour carry out the full supply and installation of your project. You will deal with us from start to finish.

We may on occasion use contractors that have been checked and vetted by us to carry out specific works on your project but they are managed by us. You’ll always only have to deal with one of the Grace & Favour team.

Where does your project start? Talk to us today:

Full design and build.

We offer a complete end-to-end design and build service.
Here's a little more about that:

Firstly give us a call or send over an email, we’re happy to talk about your project and guide you through how we work.

In simple terms we offer three packages to suit your budget and your project, see below for all the specific details but all three include a design consultation in your home,a scanned 3D LIDAR survey and your own online portal for you to upload your own design inspiration.

Once we have all your inspiration and understand your design intent we begin to build up your design pack. The more information you can give us the better, remember, your ‘dislikes’ are just as important as your ‘likes’

Depending on the package chosen we then submit your design packs with the first design always being a guide to ensure we have interpreted your designs correctly , then by the time we get to the final draft we want to ensure you are happy with how the design pack looks and it follows your design intent.

Once you approve the design pack we then give you an estimated guide price to supply and install your design. If this sits within your budget then we begin the process to issue a formal quotation, terms of business and discuss dates for the works to begin, exciting times!

Thanks for asking, well we’re good people here at G&F so we’ve taken the decision to partially refund the design fee if your overall spend for the build element is above a certain amount and all works and materials are supplied through us at grace and favour.

Whatever you decide to do, once the design fee is paid the design packs are always yours to keep.

Yes we can. We have the ability to source and install any number of products from flooring to bespoke furniture and wall finishes that you may have found online from the leading suppliers at trade prices. Simply give us a call or drop us an email to discuss. Being organised sounds very simple, but organising tradespeople on site can be a huge task and the order of work is key.

One thing we pride ourselves on is the ability to make sure things are done in the right order and to the agreed timescales whilst always minimising disruption to your home.

Not for now, simply drop us a call or an email and we can talk through your project and answer any further questions you might have.
