- Give us a brief outline of your intentions and we can discuss costs and talk through your options.
Step Two – Initial Client Meeting

We start with an initial client meeting at your property, where our interior designer will conduct a 3D Lidar survey, measuring and photographing your current space. We will discuss your likes and dislikes, wants and needs, and understand your design intent. We will also discuss your budget and the timescale of your design and build project.
Step Three – Access to Client Portal

Now you’ll receive access to your own client portal for you to upload your inspirational images for your design. We will help you by suggesting ideas to suit your budget, look, feel and most importantly the way you live.
Your inspiration can come from anywhere, the more the better but please try to keep focused on your design direction!
Step Four – Your Mood Board/Furniture/Floor Plan

Our designer will create a moodboard of your space including colour palette, look & feel with furnishing and fitting ideas. This will ensure the style and aesthetic of your project is consistent with your goals and expectations. Mood boards are an excellent way of refining a project’s style before diving into the full design process. Along with your moodboard you will receive a list of suggested furniture & a floor plan. You can provide feedback through a design consultation (either in person or online) and we allow for 2 amendments to ensure the mood board meets your expectations.
Step Five – Visualisation

This is the exciting part! You’ll receive a fully rendered 3D model displaying a floor plan and each elevation with furnishings and fittings from the moodboard so that you can envision the look and feel of your future space. You will feel like you are in the room itself!
Step Six – Your Design and Build Pack



At this stage we have a clear idea of the way your design is progressing. We issue you the design pack which breaks down in detail the products, materials and fittings required for your D&B project. It outlines the work schedule and estimated cost ensuring we are all on the same page.
Step Seven – Your Quotation and Schedule of Work

Finally, if you are happy with the estimated build cost you’ll receive a formal detailed quotation and our terms of business including a schedule of work so you know exactly who will be working at your house and when.
Step Eight – Your Build Begins

Let the build commence!
We are strict when it comes to managing any changes throughout the build and these are all tracked in your client folder for complete transparency. You will have your dream space in no time!
